You can request deletion of your CuTwo account and associated personal data in the app or through Support, even if you no longer have the app installed.
In the app
Open Our Story → Account & Privacy → Delete CuTwo account. Review the consequences and verify your identity to confirm.
Without the app
Use the Support link below to send an account-deletion request. Tell us which sign-in provider you used (Apple or Google) and the email associated with that sign-in, if available. For Apple Hide My Email, use your CuTwo relay address if you know it.
We will verify account ownership before acting. Never send passwords, verification codes, pairing codes, identity tokens, or private relationship content. Sending the request does not instantly delete an account.

Account closure signs you out, ends your shared space, and unpairs your partner. Your partner's separate account is not deleted. Account deletion cannot be undone.
Associated personal data includes your profile and photo, sign-in identifiers, device registrations, and your retired shared-space activity. Our Privacy Policy describes the removal timeframe. Support will confirm ownership and explain the next steps for requests sent outside the app.
